Lighting Design
Silent Sky is a story of an intelligent and passionate woman living within the constrictions of a male dominated world. So, I created two completely different worlds in my design, the reality of Henrietta's life, and the magical world within her mind.

Research
Process of Design
After gathering research, I created a lighting key to communicate my ideas and give myself a base line for the plot.
I then decided on where my areas of light would be.
Off platform areas.
Next, I made worksheets in Vectorworks to decide where to place my lights.
I used Capture to try out several different ideas after the hang plot was complete.
While creating cues I used several different magic sheets to speed up my process.
